box cubic ft and tuning help

i need someone to help find the cubic feet and what itts tuned to. This is a dual 12 box but ill just give the one side. Its a aero port or flare what ever you call it. pics to explain it more

bottom depth 15.75", top depth 12.75", height 12", width 14.25", port length 12.25", port diameter 3.7/8", port white material "thickness" 1/8. and these are all inside dimensions

1.4 cubes before port and sub displacement. really not enough volume for 12" ported.
