Box for two HDS215s

Gonna build a box for 2 HDS 215s trying to decide between 6^ in case I upgrade to more power or do recommended and build it at 7^. Gonna tune it at 40hz I think that should be a good blend between music and competition correct?

go 7.5 - 8 cubic feet tuned to 38hz unless you plan on putting a 3k to them.

how does this look and how would I factor in common walls and port bracing? Was also thinking maybe a removable port?

Dude I think you've got the measurements mixed around, your port is 44.5" wide port? Either way, that's not near enough port area, I'd at go to around 15.5sqin per cube

poor design for a ported box honestly. yea id say between 4.5 to 5.5 per woofer
