Ok im going to trying to xplain this the best i can. bought me a crx got everything fixed but still have one weird issue id like to solve...the guy that had it before me for some reason put a on/off switch on the fuel pump... im not sure why though....the car will run and start when the switch is off and also when its on- only diffrence between it being switch to on is you hear (im assuming the fuel pump running) but if you disconnect the postive to the switch it will not start or run... also if the switch is fliped to on the car will not cut off by the key switch- you have the flip the switch off but if you have the switch off the car will cut off by the key switch. and also if you have it hooked up it will run the battery dead...this is very confusing i know.

id also like to add that if i take the postive and ground that the switch is hooked to it gives a .01-.04 reading if the switch up front is switched to off...which is why its killing the battery.

yeah thats what i was told on honda tech basically it goes into the tank. From there it goes up under car into the car to a switch. the grounds from the tank and the ground from the batterty are twisted together then the postive is broken by a on and off switch

Well what ever the switch is buy passed into. Take that out. All I can say with out being there. Is trace the wire yourself from the switch. It has to splice into some place. Find it. Im thinking it he cut the ground for the fuel pump ran two line from it up to the switch mabye put a relay in as well not sure. Or Im just getting what you are saying.

On the switch how many wires is coming out of it.

first of all use paint or a piece of paper and draw you current situation so we can get a better idea. secondly have you tried taking the switch out? putting in a new switch?

Some at DIYMA and other places have tried this Oscilloscope as well and got good results shockingly for such a cheap unit...

Thanks for the clarification. Fuse boxes generally have some blank spots you can tap into.
