The seat will be about 18" wide which isn't too small its just a seat to hold the 12 pack or some one needing a ride. I will meter it in the back seat for shits and giggle, your head would be like 8" from the port.

I haven't decided what finish I'm doing yet, they will match my box. Any ideas?

I'd do black vinyl if I were you mayne. Looks OEM like we originally talked about.

Here you go. Pics of the driver, ill take pics of the passenger if you want but it sits just as flush and looks the same. Up to you. Here they are none the less.like I said earlier, the most factory appearance would be to black or dark grey vinyl wrap them.

Why does it look like the mounting holes in places are further out than the ring you made for them to mount to prior to glassing

Yeah you can see through several mounting holes so there is definitely some space between there. I suppose all that matters is that the rearwave is completely sealed into the pod/door. I suppose in the end if sealed up properly it is solely aesthetics, making things look not so great. It's the angle of the pictures, ill take one from the top if y'all want so you can see that they have plenty of wood to grip into. they fit fine and there is plenty of wood

That pic right there you can clearly see the 11, 9, and 7 o'clock holes on the speaker on the left are past the ring the ring you made should come to the outer edge flush with outer edge of speaker. For a super clean look. And the holes at the 1, 3 , and 5 o'clock on the right speaker are the same way.
