Ebay SCAMMER ALERT -- Do not sell your amp to Andy Weiser aka andy4879 on Ebay

This is true! They do send each other amps to sell. When the heat is on one of them they ship directly to the other person and then they sell it for them.

They have been getting away with this SCAM for Years and Years.

He's does this scam on 8 out of 10 amps that he purchases... He does this for a living and DOES NOT CARE.. If you were the be sincere and say in you auction that "your only selling the amp and other items" to feed you 1 month old baby and not get evicted and be put out on the streets" HE WILL STILL SCAM YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys REALLY don't get how big of a monster ANDY "DREW" WEISER is.... . HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BILLS.

HE JUST WANTS TO SCAM YOU AND EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^^Paypal and Ebay could care less since he's been there for quite a while now.

But I don't see how he gets away with it, calling paypal 10x a week filing a dispute on an amp that doesn't work.

His selling name is andy4879.. He DOES NOT BUY WITH THIS ACCOUNT.

He uses several different buying accounts to ONLY PURCHASE and dispute.

With Ebay you are ALLOWED to have up to 3-4 user names linked to your account. He changes his BUYING user names every couple of months.

Again, he does not use andy4879 to buy amps.Also, when he pays you via paypal is DOES NOT SAY Andy Weiser as the shipping. He makes up a name like

Stereo Connection, Blare Audio, etc. Sometimes the name he uses is Drew Weiser. Most people don't link his buying account to andy4879.

He doesn't always do a dispute with paypal. He will call the seller direct and talks them into a partial refund without ever getting PayPal involved. This way he gets his B.S. scam refund and there is NOTHING Paypal can do because they agreed to give him the refund.

Breaking News. JOMA A.K.A. Justonemoreamp and Andy4879 have created yet another NEW user names for buying only purposes and they have claimed that 8 out of the last 10 amps that they purchased were DOA and wanted somekind of partial refund back... If you are reading this I know a way for them to drop his SCAMMING disputes.

If you sell a amp and ship it to Horn Lake, Mississippi or Clevland,GA to a James Lincoln or another name that he might use such as Bangin Audio or Car Summer Audio or Andy or Drew Weiser in GA or such and any one of them files a dispute with PayPal claiming that it doesn't work and needs repair, email him with a response letting him know that you read all about him and know his tricks and that you are going to call Ebay and paypal and have them run a investigation on him. Then all of a sudden you will get a nice email saying "Hey Buddy, it's cool the amp all of a sudden turns on and works perfect and there is no need for you to call anyone. Wow, what a miracle? That folks is what you need to do if by chance on of those 2 crooks buys one of your amps on Ebay with their many user names.

i dont know about you but im glad i know this....would you rather he keeps this info to himself and have someone here on the forum get screwed? the buildlog section gets alot of traffic, so imo not a bad place to get the attention.
