Eclipse CD8455 unit.

This unit is literally brand new. No scratches, wear marks, etc... I just bought a 03 lightning and the truck only has 20K on it. in 05 or 06 this unit was installed by the original owner. I am now the 3rd, and the owner before me had the truck for 4 years. During those 4 years, the truck sat in a garage was was ONLY driven 50 miles during the 4 years, This unit has around 3 weeks of total use on it since it was installed. If even that much. Comes with the original box and whatever harness is hooked up to it.

trades for anything? I think this is the only eclipse I never tried. what about cage and remote and trim ring and manual?

Do you also have the self calibration microphone? What about the memory stick? Are any of the security features enabled? I think that unit had 2 options. Cd or memory stick.

EDIT: Hey, I thought this was for a CD8455. Looked close at the photo and it seems this a CD8445? Big difference man.

If you look at the pic you can see it takes both cd and memory stick. Does not have once since the unit does not come with a memory sick. What's the difference between the 2? I thought the box said 8455 so I listed it as that. It has time alignment and all that crap so it seemed like a good unit to me. Plus it was pretty much installed and the truck sat for 3-4 years inside

So, you never confirmed. This is a CD8445, not an 8455 right?

yeah, it's a 8445. Also, security is not enabled if it does have it. when having the truck off the battery for 3 years and hooking it back up, the unit did not ask for any password or a disc like my old Eclipse DD used too.

I don't know anything about this unit really. It was just in the truck I bought. My AVHp4300 is in now
