Engine sound feedback through stereo

Recently I installed an Alpine iLX-107 and Alpine KTP-445A amp into my '04 Dodge Ram 1500. I bypassed the OEM Infinity amp and used harnesses for everything.

For the first couple of months everything worked fine. However, over the last week or so I'm noticing a slight feedback sound coming from the system. Sometimes its just a very mild hum and other times I can hear the engine's RPM's increasing the hum through the stereo. It happens sporadically even if the system is just turned on or has been on for a while.

What could be some of the possible causes of this so I can start to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the problem?
