I was wondering if my JL Audio 500x1 amp will have enough power to push a pair of 10W6's. Right now its hooked up to a pair of 10W0's and they don't sound like their going to last too long, besides they dont sound the best anyway. Would this even be a worthwhile improvement?

Your amp will have no trouble pushing a pair of 10W6's. Just remember to wire the subs paralel so that each is at 3 ohms and then wire the subs together for a mono load of 1.5 ohms.

Take it easy,
