Cone/surround are practically flawless, the bottom plate has a small discoloration on it that came that way. Mechanically 10/10

A couple minor nicks near a few of the mounting holes, barely noticeable.
Most of the small specks in the pix are dust particles, I didn't realize the dust would show up so much
I did open up the amp to make sure it's not a fake.
Includes bass remote but I don't have the cable for it. It's uses a simple phoneline though, so you shouldn't have a problem buying one.
