Head Unit/Radio Shuts Off While Driving?

I have a 99 Chevy Blazer. I just bought the car 2 days ago. There was already an aftermarket Kenwood head unit in the car which ran perfect and did not shut off. I had a Sony head unit which is brand new and installed it myself because it looked much nicer with more options etc. I have done plenty of install but never had a problem like this. I turn the key to accessory and the head unit comes on and plays perfect. Start the car and it will come on as well but the moment i rev the engine a bit or put my car into gear it shuts off completely. It will flash on and off constantly while i'm driving which is very annoying. The only time it sometimes will come back on is at a complete stop, but once moving again, it shuts off. When I start driving it will usually flicker on off on off and then completely shut off as though it lost power. I have checked all my wiring which i did using the crimp things and its all good. I cannot figure this one out guys and i really need help. Also advanced auto ran a scan on my battery and said my battery had a low charge but i don't know if this is what causing the problem completely. Any advice?

I had something very similar happen when a cheap in-line fuse holder cracked. The holder broke and the spring couldn't press the fuse against the contacts. Check in-line fuses in the harness carefully.

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
