Hey there,
I'm pretty new to car audio, but I have decent experience with small electronics. I'm working on a project where I mate the OEM faceplate of a Jeep TJ head unit to new internals. I would just use a cheapo Bluetooth amp board but they only have two channels and wouldn't push enough volume. I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive 4-channel amp that has volume control. Thats it. I have a separate solution for receiving audio so it only needs audio inputs. I don't need incorporated bass, treble, etc. controls. It also needs to be pretty small so that when I pull the board to solder leads, it can fit into the space of a din-and-a-half stereo. I've looked into some cheapo boss audio amplifiers but they just aren't very loud. For reference, I'm just running 4 run of the mill speakers (not really upgraded just new). If there are any questions about the project id be happy to respond. I've tried some other solutions and id love to hear any suggestions or an amp.
Thanks, Chuck.
(I'm now realizing this is an amp question not a head unit)
