I'm looking to build a perfect box for my American bass hd844, i looked online and couldn't find any information about the speaker I did receive the spec sheet along with the speaker but the parameters are off, because when I input them into winsd how me box like 8cu ft it doesn't show up correctly any input appreciated!

if you gays can do some suggestion i need

Build a tline for a single 8 if you have the room. That will give you the most output with the widest bandwidth.

My laptop is out of commission so I don't have a way to do a sketchup, but here's a great design for it.

0.85cuft@31.95hz with 15.61sqin port per cube.

21" wide, 12.5" tall, 14" deep.

Port is 11" tall x 1.25 wide x 37.5" long

Box will have 3 port panels and it'll look similar to this.

How much of a difference will this box be campared to my current one which is 1cuft tuned to 34hz with about 16cuin.

Pretty big difference. Your current box would be OK on low power, but it's too big to be running off 750w.

You can watch mdf warp in Georgia, the humidity is ridiculous so that's part of it. I built it using scraps, so 90% of those screws are filling holes lmao.

Ok im little confusing when i calculating i have different result then yours

This give me 1.459 cu ft total

1.25x11=13.75 port area

37.5 long

Port displacment are .477

1.459-.477=.982 cu ft

.982 - .06 (speaker displacment) = .922 cu ft net

And when i put this number to the web program to calculate port leng

.85 cu ft 1.25 x 11 port dim with slot port show me 34 inch long

Where i did somthing wrong with my calculation?
