I just got really excited, when I read... (XXX)

RE XXX 15 ported = ear bleeding bass

RE XXX 15 sealed = chest pounding bass

Meaning...

Ported will give me more bass that I will hear

Sealed will give me more bass that I can feel

Ported will (of course) be SPL

Sealed will (of course) be SQ

Can anyone support this claim?

i would agree with all the 10's and 12' ive seen both way but support. but thats how i feel it is.

this is confusing to me. What do you get excited about? And a XXX isnt going to do anything for you unless it is powered properly and in a proper enclosure.

Well the first two lines of my post is what I read on another thread a couple hours ago.

Truthfully, I want to know how I could get the best possible SQL with my RE XXX and RE 35.1d putting out 1500wRMS at 1 ohm. Box sealed? Ported? What tuning? What sizes? And I want to feel it in my chest.
