Incriminator Audio 20.1 Vs Crunch goundpounder 3000d

how can you even sit here and contemplate it..lolthe GP3000 will walk the IA anyday of the week...mainly because it a

bigger and more powerfull amplifier

You should not be even comparing the two of them.
I know, kick me lol, just that alot of peeps say IA is built like a tank and some say it can do upto 3k rms which is all I need really but I like the fact the GP goes up with voltage and I can get the ID at a good price but knowing me, I would still be thinking about the crunch, where's the cheapest place for a GP right now outa interest

the key word is it can do up to 3K....thats loading it down and hoping and praying it

produces that power..

the fact remains the GP 3000 is rated to do that.

how about you load down the GP also... bottom line its no comparison bro...

they are two different levels of amplifiers..

that would be like comparing the GP3000 with the IA 40.1

in the end its your coin and your decision... good luck with it

ok, cool.

finall question is now hifonics bxi 2608 or incriminator audio 20.1. I will make up my mind based on this ?

im running my 20.1's @ .25 ohm each, and i just cant seem to get them to shut off.

reliability is where its at.

i think i remember lloyd saying that he clamped his at or near 3k....

the crunch will put out more power @ 1 ohm, but i have had a friend w 5 of them, have 2 blow up on him......

whats the hifonics rated at?

the hifonics us rated at 2600rms

You Might be getting 2000~2100 from that Hifonics dude. And who is to say that its clean power.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

IA all the way.

compared to the Crunch

You can wire it down to .5 or .25 ohms and easily put out about the same power as the Crunch, but the IA will be much more stable and consistent.

Compared to the hifonics, the IA will do more even @ 1 ohm. They do above rated and these things will not die at all.

I love you.

This:

Ok guys, here it is. Depending on your battery set up this amp will make an ungodly amount of power. With a 12volt battery set up dropping to 11.5 volts the Crunch GP3000D Pro made 2850 watts at a 1.03 ohm reactive. That's 4 12volt batteries. If you can get the voltage up the amp will make much more. By just starting the car and using the high amp alternator (starting at 16.1 volts and dropping to 12.3volts), the 3000 made 3732 watts. That's crazy isn't it. THAT'S NOTHING! I hooked it up to a 16volt battery set up and it just went crazy! With the battery voltage dropping to 15.7 volts with a 1.4 ohm reactive this monster made 4640 usable watts. NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THAT!

This is from a quote on the termpro fourum.

somebody said to compare the gp3000 to a 40.1. that is the funniest think i have read i a while. the 40.1 is a monster. it will devour the gp3000. the 20.1 will run at .5 all day long and i bet if you checked the power the 20.1 at .5 will do more power than the gp3000. maxxsonics will over rate an amp.

They all say they are in stock but they aren't. Just like my SSA Zcons and Evils were "in stock" but had a super long build time.

Looks good to me. Incriminator stuff looks high quality. The power numbers with subs and amp match well.
