information on alpine?

recently i got a amp form a customer at work it is this slightly used alpine

mrd-f752 from what i hear its a pretty nice 5 channel amp i was told that a channel might be broken i know that when i hooked it up one of the four channels was not working at full functionabilty if anyone has any info on this can u shed some light thanks
