TA1K0PH8R00KE - OHMITE - RESISTOR, POWER, 8 OHM, 1KW, 10 | Newark
just wire that resistor in parallel with the speaker and voila, 4 ohm load.

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage
