Picked up three Eclipse Ti 12's, have a recone question (pix inside)

Found someone local selling three Eclipse Ti 12's for a fair deal so i jumped on them. The price I paid was good even if all of them were blown, so I secured the deal and went and got them. Five out of six coils read great, but one is burned through the tinsel lead which also caused the spider to burn in a straight line down the lead line.

Question - does anyone have any OEM recones for the bad one? I would prefer not to tear up two perfectly great drivers to mate all three. Probably a long shot...

If not, maybe HISPLS can take a crack at it with a custom recone...

Hah, no harm man. There are plenty of subs and amps out there I hate other people for owning... it's all a part of the game! It's a shame that one coil blew a perfect trio, especially since I have three 12's Im currently running and could have just dropped these in in their place.

I have never seen or heard of anybody selling the Eclipse cones and the surround is so unique I doubt you could find those anywhere either. There may still be some 10" TC spiders floating around out there.... I had a few up until a year ago.

I can definitely get OEM black TC cones, most probably find those spiders or something similar enough, possibly find some new old stock coils to fit 3hp or at least get something very close to the same dimensions.

The big weak links on those Eclipse subs are the surrounds then the tinsels in those spiders.... I've had those tinsels fail on me before. Speaking of which I'll be back north in a couple weeks and will want to grab my swedge tool, DATS, and the tinsel I left with you. I should be able to do something with the two TC9s you left with me when I get back pretty quick.

I’m getting ready to put one of those amps in my Steeda Focus

I heard this was one of the 'golden oldie' good Sony amps. Put out $25 extra for it in the ti 12 deal.
