I asked a question yesterday about installing a stereo, but I have one more.
The terminal connectors on my Pioneer TS-930 rear speakers are broken on both speakers. The connectors looked like they are made of particle board and are fragile. When I touch the speaker wires to the connectors I can hear a scratching noise in the rear speakers, so I know there is power to the speakers.
The terminal connectors are riveted to the underside frame of the speakers. How do I replace these connectors? Which connectors should I buy? The terminal connectors are exposed at the roof of my trunk, so it's just a matter of time until they will break again if exposed. Is there a way to protect the new connectors? Thanks for any replies.
