i was actually going to do that noah. but i was out of kitty hair. i was grumpy, and i do have some nice black vynl under my bed. but i dont have a sanding block and it was a ***** and a half sanding that **** with a little 3m rubber block and 40 grit. maybe if i had an orbital DA i wouldnt have minded as much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif . i dont have a nice place to sand. its just a big pain in my ass to work on this **** where im at if you know what i mean. i still think it turned out real clean though. It's already done now, but it you wanted a LITERALLY tight a fit as possible.
Tape off the hatch with 2" masking tape, as well as back seat. (Where the baffle meets up).
Place un carpeted baffle in place, and use bondo to form the edges to the panel even better than when you fiberglassed. Take off, sand.
Then, I'd personally recommend a vinyl, allante vinyl. Something to match your interior.
Looks solid Andy.
