some ?'s about my viper 791xv

1st off, for no reason, my pager will start to play this lil tune out of the blue. like ill be walking away from the car and itll play the tune. and after its done, itll say my car is unlocked. and each time i go back to check my car, the doors are locked. what could be the problem?

next...what color is your guys' led light? my friend has a blue one, and in his manual it states that he has a blue led.

but mine came w/ a red led, and even states it i believe in the manual.

were there 2 different models released?

my light is blue... that lil tune is when u change out the batts, maybe a bad battery or a bad remote

as for the led's the older vipers had red leds the new ones use blue. so your viper is older then your friends that is all. and as for the music it is playing, that plays when you change the battery. It it does it all the time either your batt is loose, (not touching the contacts all the time) or your transmitter is bad.
