I see that double 07 doesn't have his own "Official Feedback Thread" so I'm here to give credit where credit is due. (I know its in the wrong section, but hopefully a mod can "sticky" it under his vender thread).
I would like to first start off by saying that double 07 has by far the best communication of anybody that I have boughten from!!! All questions being answered within a few hours, or sometimes within minutes, and in most cases helpful ideas were given out. all my requests (although many not needed) were fulfilled no questions asked.
THE ENCLOSURE: The enclosure in the pictures below is for (1) JL Audio 13W7ae.
THE VEHICLE: 2010 Cobalt SS (fully loaded)
OVERALL ACHIEVEMENT: SQL
AMPLIFIER: Rockford Fosgate Power t1500-1bdcp ( 3 ohm load)
When I first unpackaged the encloser, like a child at Christmas, I was presently supprised/greeted to find, hands down, the best enclosure (build wise) that i had ever purchased (and the price wasn't bad either!!!!!). All corners have 45s, even by the port there are triangles on the inside, and even on the front baffle which I presume are for both "airflow" and "strength. the paint was also covered evenly, and didn't miss any spots, on the inside of the box there is some type of coating, I don't believe it is paint, because the texture is different from that of the port. THE SEALING is the best not sure if its silicon, seems alot harder, and is bonded in there for life i tried to pick some off with my fingernail but it wasn't having it!!!. lastly my ridiculous demands of a double port, and double baffle + extra bracing were all met, and surpassed my expectations.
LOOK: the carpet is grade A stuff, and the quality that it is layed on the box is astounding. there is only one viable seem on the bottom of the enclosure and even then it seems to be folded over quite nicely (I actually had everything mounted upside down at first and didn't notice it LMAO).
AND FINALLY THE SOUND???
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif exactly what i was looking for, along with the high output it just has that deep "punch" to the bass, and blends well as higher frequency's that come out also, and for those wondering all considerations as to what vehicle, and where in the vehicle the enclosure would come to rest were taken into consideration, and the final product is that of the gods. STARRMOUNTAINSOUND is making all my enclosures from here on out. (already ordered another) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
FINAL STATEMENT: Service and Quality are the best!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif like I mentioned above it certainly was a pleasure doing business and will have more builds from me coming your way soon!
Thanks again for everything,
Cody
