System issues!!!

So I have a few issues going on. I have a 2020 mustang convertible that I've installed 1 12 inch sub with a amp and lc2i.
1st. I get random bass from sub while driving.
I have my ground secured and I sanded the area down to bare metal.
2nd. When I turn the car off my lc2i turns off but my amp stays on. I'm leaning towards a bad remote wire from the lc2i to the amp but I haven't checked yet.
Also I get a thump from my sub everything I start my car.

I’d suggest getting an amp wiring kit. Run the wire from battery to a fuse. Through the firewall to a distribution block. To the LOC.
The amp kits aren’t much and you know it’s done right
That's how I have it. I swapped out my LOC and it seems to be working fine now. That LC2i I have is about 3 years old
