I have my DD 3515 and my amp all hooked up now and i want to show it off to my friends. The box is tuned to 40hz so what songs would be the best to play?
lol thanks??had mine @ 40 then had one built @ 32... imo the 32 sounded better, more even bass response, much less peaky. but i'm just a worthless newb //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
i wouldn't say it was less or more louder... just sounded better overall imo... but again ima newb, lol, someone with more exp. could probably explain it better than i the differences...lol thanks??
yeah im considering it but if isnt going to for sure be louder than i am not getting one built.
yeah right now thats about it...i wish i had more money but....i dont at the moment. but anygay its pretty loud. some songs ive found to be "loud" in my car are Go to Sleep, Down on Ya Kneez, Suga Koolaid, Screw Dat, Beat without bass, Leather so soft, Brown Paper Bag, Da Blow, Knockn Heads Off, Push that *****, Streets on Lock, Im Da man, U and Dat, In the trunk1 DD 3515 CF DCHifonics 1606D
is that all your system consists of? if so, you might want to hold off on showing off.
Indeed.personally I'd tune down to 28-30 tops in my setup, but I have slightly different goals, myself.

If you find yourself unable to hit the lows you really want, then yes, you need to build a box tuned lower. Like 32-34hz seems a pretty common tuning here.. personally I'd tune down to 28-30 tops in my setup, but I have slightly different goals, myself.
Bottom line, your high tuning is killing your lows. Tune higher and you'll be happier.
