What are some of the best brands the general public have never heard of?

Just wondering what brands may be diamonds in the rough.....

RE Audio......

when i told everybody I was getting RE audio sub they looked @ me like my head was falling off. Actually, some local car audio stores here had no idea either.

I just dont think they are VERY mainstream yet.

alot of brands have been named, but i don't think that i saw anyone put TREO yet, and i love all of their subs except the csx which is the only one that i have not heard yet

powerbass, hush mat, are two that i know of, use, love, and have convinced others to buy

the powerbass comps are some of the best sounding comps ive ever heard

TC sounds:yumyum: id say hifonics also, even though it is sold at some circuit cities around here, most of my friends wouldn't know what it was...even though all they really know is audiobahn and alpine...

YES TREO, and also clif designs, elemental designs, us amps, alphasonik, powerbass, alumapro, american bass, massive audio, bravox (is insane), diamond, i'm sure there are more i'm forgetting.

In the latest CA&E, I've seen a review for RE's new 12" XXX. At least entering the mainstream, RE should do great.
