Do a search. Lots of threads on this. They're generally thought of as the best "bang for your buck" amp ot there. I'm runnig 2 of them and have no issues. They supposedly put out rated power.

honestly, you really cant beat profile for the durability\power for the price. i have hooked them up wrong (battery to negative terminal) several times (hard to read black letters off chrome in the dark lol) and it powers up every time, i have had the gain cranked on it (running it in the house and not many amps to supply it with) and the sucker has worked flawless. i have three friends running profile amps (that ive installed) and they ahve had zero issues with them (ap700m, ca1000m, ca600, ca1000) and they look pretty nice (very clean) to boot.

overall, nothing to really complain about them beside the fact that the lettering on the side is hard to read off of the chrome //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Been reading the forum help section and all the guys with engine noise seem to have profile amps...Maybe its my imagination..........
