Will this O-scope be good enough to set the gain on my amps?

Realistically how many volts is your amp going to output? If it is below 58.000000000001, you should be fine.
I doubt you are going to have more then 58v... Try it on you mids/highs amp first so you are comfortable using it....
58V at 1 ohm is only about 3300w so it would be fairly easy to have an amplifier that produces an output voltage over 58V. If the scope says the maximum voltage it will read is 58V I wouldn't try it on anything bigger...
