i see old o scopes all the time on my local craigs. heres one was posted today. i wanna get one that will help me set my gains right. should i?

Pretty much any working scope will be fine for setting gains, that being said, this one is sorta near you and is a much newer scope that has a better chance of being in good condition. If it does work perfectly it is a very very good deal. Matter of fact if you don't buy it let me know and I will have him ship it to me.
