Your not going to get an exact 1 ohm load because its ot an even number of speakers. The closest your going to get to is 1.33 ohms. Buy the dual 2's and wire them in series for a 4 ohm load to each speaker. Then wire all the speakers in parallel to get a 1.33 load....

What amp are you using?

I dont have one but I was thinkin of gettin a Brutus 2000 Watt RMS at 1 ohm. Even if its 1.33 or w/e. Can it still perform 2000Watts even if its not exact 1ohm???
No - if the amp is rated @ X number of watts @ a 1 Ohm load (also keeping in mind that the majority of HiFonics' amps are overrated somewhat) then presenting the amp with a higher resistance will result in lower wattage output.Factor in natural impedence rise from the enclosure and you get even less power at the end of the day...

I doubt your going to notice the difference of .33 ohms....if your competing maybe...but not in rear world listening. The Brutus 2006D is a solid choice for those subs....They can take mrore power, but at the expense of your electrical...
