WTB: Older AGP or PCI GPU

Trying to help out a friend "upgrade" to Win7. Her older pc has decent enough specs to run Win7, except for the craptastic MX400 GPU

I am looking to get her the card so she can actually run Aero. It needs to be DirectX 9+ compatible. Something like an ATI 9500/Geforce 6200 would be perfect.

AGP or PCI will work and looking to spend less than $30 shipped

I have an PCI ATI Radeon 9250. I know it works and worked fine before I rebuilt my computer. Ill take 25 Shipped for it.
