Hello guys, my car is a Peugeot 207, the alternator has a 80 amp rating and the capacity of the battery is 65 ah. New speakers will be mounted in my car, with a 4x65w rms vibe class d amplifier and an Alpine swe-815 100w rms active subwoofer.

My question is, will my car run this setup without needing additional electrical upgrades?

You will still want to use a proper amplifier installation kit. My alternator is 90a and I run a 1200w amp to a pair of 10's. It dims the lights at full tilt with a big 3 upgrade. Yours should run it if installed correctly.

My amplifier is plug and play type, using an iso harness. Thanks for the feedback!

You do not need more than factory electrical to run <1000W under most conditions. That said, if your battery and alternator are very old you should be mindful as they may be at the end of their life and adding more accessories may push them over the edge.

The car is from 2007 and it has 115.000km, also the battery was changed almost 2 years ago. After 1-2 years I will change the car with a new one so hopefully nothing goes bad until then :)
