Question and free bump! I have an IS 300 and feel that the radio reception is not that great at times (compared to previous cars I've driven - bmw 325 and audi a4) and was wondering if that's because of the antenna, or my car or what? And if there's an inexpensive way to boost the reception...

Thanks for the replies, guys. I have 4 CDs stuck in my CD changer; I know I can open it up to clear the jam, so I figured if I'm going to pay someone to open it up then it might be a good time to change the HU but I cant afford to change everything else at the same time. So, I'd like to know...

Does anyone know what audio equipment is stock in my 2003 Lexus IS 300? I'd like to know so I can compare what's there to what I'm thinking of buying. Is there a website that let's you find out? I dont have all the original manuals of the car. Thanks!

Thanks Mile. I know what i want when it comes to the basics (aux in definitly, DVD no, USB nice to have) but zilch about the other stuff like "bit but" -- don't even know what that means!!
