How is that not related. The best way to wire a cap is to not wire one in at all.

Yup. The problem with the firing up though, there will be cancelation issues depending on the placement. That's why a wall would be better. There are a few people who have done 4 cubes in a first gen with 18s, but the size of the box choked the output of the air movement in the trunk.
