Like the title says.
I've got a 2000 F150 and I built a box that is .8 cuft gross. It can accept a depth of 7". I have just purchased some HAT Imagine I6's and a Kenwood x4R to run them actively.
Budget: The cheaper the better but no more than $300 please
Music: Mostly metal (All Shall Perish, Opeth, SYL, Kataklysm) but I do also enjoy some old skool rap like Biggie, Pac and newer stuff like Young Jeezy.
Goals: Good SQ with reasonable output. My girl has a 12" CVX in a Kicker box powered off a Hifonics BXI1206d. The sub isn't too accurate, but the output is pretty much where I would like if that's any indication what I am looking for output wise. Something like that but more accurate. More output wouldn't be a bad thing.
I will buy the amp after wards so powering is up in the air.
I have looked at the Fi Q, SA-10, Dayton HO10, IDQ10 and I have no idea what would suit my set up best. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif If you have other suggestions, I'm all ears.
Thanks,
David.
