Direct me toward a system...

I'm wanting to put something in the new car. Something that sounds good in and out. Not nothing extraordinarly loud that will get me pulled over, make people mad at me, or get me pulled over. Just want something that bumps and sounds very clean inside the car. Looking at 1 8" or 1 10".

Hey if you want something with good sound quality I recomend the JL Audio 10w6 with an JL Auio A1400 amp and JL Auio XR or ZR series for the components with a JL 300/4 or an A4300 four chanel amp. You can spend the same amount of money on some other components that will sound just as good, really depends on what u like but as far as CLEAN SOUNDING bass goes the JL Audio W6 series subs are top of the line! Eric Holdaway for Car Audio & Electronics says the 12w6 is the best sounding sub he has ever tested and there are many other refrences. If I were you I would go listen to some speakers. I run an all JL Auio system myself. I've had like four other systems in my life but now that I'm older I don't like hearing just loud boom, to me that's just a loud noise, NOT music! So after listening to a-lot of speakers over the years I knew what I wanted and couldn't be happier! Anyway good luck & let us know what u decide.
