25hz tuning is a good area if you're trying to get great sound effects out of movies. I have found it can seem a bit anemic if you try to start playing music played at normal speed on actual instruments.
IF your maybe plan is to possibly upgrade subs down the road you may as well just bump that box up to 8 cube net right now and give yourself more flexibility of what you can just plug and play into it when upgrade time comes. I would suggest that even in a larger box you will likely run into thermal limits on those subs before mechanical limits particularly if you're tuning so low. Also see if you can't get in some more port area to avoid turbulence. Those low frequencies displace a lot of air and port velocity will become a problem for you.
