Help with choosing line out converter and wiring

Have a 2008 Cadillac CTS. Installing a JL 10w7 with factory head unit. It has the Bose oem system currently. Putting in a DS18 H-K02 amp.

What line out converter should I get? Also any recommendations on wiring and rca’s that are better than others would be appreciated.

I’d like to replace some or all of the factory speakers in the car as well but winding if I can leave the factory speakers for now and get the sub and amp hooked up?

the Kicker is a great budget 2 channel unit, I recommend it all the time. However, he needs 5+ channels for his build.
