Yes, it seems that she missed the "low coolant" lt as well as the flashing temp warning and the good ole temp gauge.

The truck also went into "limp" mode due to massively overheating.

WOW! Crazy deal here.. Good on your part as far as the job security! ..They do make indicator lights for a reason, for if she simply respected her vehicle she could have stop and had the maintenance done for tons less cash and be on her merry way.
