Power acoustik razor 2500w 1 channel amp

I just purchased the power acoustic razor 2500 watt one channel amp when I hooked the bass knob up it will cut my subwoofers out they will not play but when I unhook it they continue playing how can I fix this and what is the issue thanks in advance for the help

Is the bass knob the correct knob for that amp?

Can you also tell us a little more about your setup?
Could you control bass levels from your head unit?

If turning the knob does nothing, you can use a universal gain knob that plugs into the RCAs.

Cable plugged in all the way? I know I had one and it didnt plug in fully unless you jammed it in pretty hard.
Also, I suggest DS18 Bass Knob with Volt Meter and Turn On/Off
