question about back baffle angle cutting

I need going to be making a box with a friend and the back baffle needs to be at a 70 degre angle to fit against the back seat. I was wondering what angle the back baffle (the edge that sits on the bottom of the box) needs to be? Im not good at this math stuff :/

oh ok. so basically the back baffle cut should be cut to whatever the angle of the back needs to be?
