Questions on Pioneer HU's

alright, i've been looking at the 8500mp and the 850mp and I don't really see a difference. are there any? Also, what does it mean to have a motorized face like the 9400mp? does it set the face at angles? also, how do these three pioneer decks compare to the alpine 9815? all help is appreciated.

2 year warranty and a steering wheel remote. That is the ONLY difference I can find. Hey, if you are looking into buying that, you should totally upgrade to the 940mp. Go to http://www.thezeb.com. I think they are $540 there with a 2 year in house warranty.

The 940mp gives you a lot more options. Very sweet HU.

between the 8500 and 850 the difference is that the 850 has a remote. same as between the 9400 and 940 also the silver trimming options. the only pioneer h/u that does angles is mine which is the P1R. compared to the 9815 i will take the 940 hands down b/c of the pro mode crossover network. has more settings and features than the 9815.

subtract over 100 and that's what i got mine for. oh but i also have a friend who works for pioneer so that helped. try ebay they have them for around 500.

lol, my friend will be pissed if i get mine for over $100 cheaper than him...

And I don't really buy new stuff off of ebay when I can get it new with a warranty somewhere else for a few bucks more.

just go lookin around google and such...there are websites around 500 with the warranty (which is 2 years) I found one a year 1/2 ago for 520.00. Don't know it anymore.
