"SQ" Box design?

I'm about to buy an 18" IA Flatlyne for my sq build. I'm not sure how many designers out there do those kind of boxes as well as the ones for spl that they generally design/build. I'm basically brand new to sq, but from the research that I have done and questions i have asked other members, I have gathered that I want the box to raise the subwoofers Qtc to 0.707, flat response curve, low end extension, and the box's design and placement affects the ability to create the bass coming from the front, t/a obviously comes in as a factor here as well. So basically I need either a design or possibly a box built for me.

On a side note, what are the effects of birch vs mdf on sound quality? Also there seems to be a lot of debate between the "good" birch and the cabinet/veneer birch. How good quality do i need to get the best results while still staying into audible results, my goal is not to compete, just eargasms.

I already pm'ed a few box builders but havent heard back from them.
