If you think that to purchase highend car audio now-a-days you need to spend a minimum of 2 G's your nutts dude! Either that or your shopping in the wrong places. you may not be able to purchase a COMPLETE system for the total price metioned by you... but think about quality over cost....

wouldnt you rather throw in a extra bill or two to guarentee your system last a long time?

And radio shack?????? Thats bad Don, please do not ever advise anyone to buy radio shack stuff again.. PLEASE

a pair of mtx6000s 260$and one audiobaun 1251 45$
are you sayin u have 2 mtx 6000 subs... and one audiobaHn sub? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

for $1195... you got all of that?!

Deck - Alpine 9847 $179

Front Comps - Alpine SPR-17LS $129

Sub - Alpine SWR-1222D $115

4 Channel Amp - Profile AP1040 $96

run ur front 2 channels on the comps... bridge the rear channels on the sub

$597.80 shipped from ikesound... that was just me after 5 minutes of looking.. now go buy your dash kit and harness $40 or less... a 4 gauge amp kit w/ 4 channel rca's... about $40 plus shipping from knukonceptz... and get a box... there... less money and sounds a lot better 2...

I don't want to be offensive, but I think you could have done much better for the money...for example:

15" avalanche $300

bx1000d $240

Wires $50

Profile AP600 $80

CDT CL61T $150

Shipping $100

Total: $920

Build yourself a box and you've got a hell of a setup, for not too much money.

The Kappa's have a high sensitivity rating of 93 db so the X802-5 would be fine. A good high sensitivity 8" sub in a properly sized box would fit...
