i gotta sell this stuff guys i am looking for a house. mostly jl rf kicker but some other brands available (zapco and some other stuff) also have adcom (fairly high end) home audio. let me know what you're trying to power and i'll let you know what amps i have that would be perfect - i have a ton so it's likely i'll have something for you. no bs no marketing no scams. let me know what you're trying to power (# speakers, rms wattage, # voice coils, # ohms per coil) and i'll let you know what i have.

nw suburbs hour from chicago. work down in peoria (central il, and not sure how much longer) during the week though.

sorry, don't think i have anything under $100. 4 ch:

jl 300/4 - 320

rf 240x4 (old school) - not sure... pry putting a slew on ebay next week.

kicker kx300.4 - 150

punch 400a4 - 140

prices shipped to 48

if i have time off friday (it will take all day to write the auctions) i will have a huge slew of them on ebay

plate amps?? no sorry, dunno what those are //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

all the *50 are from kicker's current model line. 120 shipped to 48

2000 or more into 1 ohm - no sorry, that's a lot of powah. the kicker birth sheet is a little over 1500, if you need 2000 or more i'd suggest looking for an orion 2500d.

I am trying to power 2 kicker 10" model c108 150 RMS and 250 Peak each speaker is 8ohms wired in parralel to 4ohms. i want to give them about 500 RMS @4 ohms let me know what you have and how much.... i might be able to pick up too.

if they are 150 RMS each you do not want to give the pair 500 RMS - that will be pushing them above and beyond their electrical/thermal capabilities. you could use a 500 watt amp - but i wouldn't turn up all the gain and try giving them the actual 500, you'd melt the voice coils or something for sure. into 4 ohms, 500 watts i've got a few jl audio 500's. you only really need 300 watts into 4 ohms, lemme see what i have...

on cheaper side i have kicker kx250.2 with a 310 watt birth sheet. i'm sure that would work perfectly with those subs, i dunno where kiel, wi is but i am near the border (fox lake area) and you could even audition the amp if you came ready to try in the driveway. also kx350.2 (380 birth sheet) and kx600.1 (no birth sheet, but 300x1 @ 4 ohms) and rf 500a2 (500x1 @ 4 ohms) the jl 500/1 is the most versatile and strongest of all these amps, also the priciest too though. probably a lot more than you need unless you have plans to expand in the future though.

How I would approach it is install your new amplifier and start using it. Install a voltage gauge and if you see your voltage lowering then add...

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...

You don't need two amps. The speakers come with crossovers to help protect the tweeters.

Perhaps you changed something without mentioning it here? Maybe a loose turn on line? I dunno man...but we'll take it. Hopefully it keeps working. 👍
