what type of wiring should i use to set up my kicker l7s?

I also need to know what type of amp I should get? I know how to set up a sub and amp. Just don't know what's the best wiring to use. And will my battery handle the power? What could I use to not make my amp use the battery so much? And for door speakers and 6x9s what could handle my subs?
