Do you have a pic of the LOC? Most of them have their own Gain levels on them.

The box won't be square. And already really low on air space. If I added a port the displacement would make the box obscenely small. The internal would end up like .22 in a ported box. Which is much less than the recommended min of .5-.75

I thought about ported at first. But I want the sub to go in the stock location. The only type of box I can fit is sealed sadly.

First fix your gain. Do a search on how to set gains correctly. 80% would most of the time mean clipping. Well unless. your preouts are something like .75v

Sounds like either your battery or you alt is the problem not the stereo. 200watts unless on some retartedly power hungry broken amplifier should not require a better alt or battery.
