the new one i heard it was like 85 pounds or so. the amp that will be powering the orion is a bmw nitro 1200 it is the amp i power my highs with the sub will be running off of a hifonics 3200 mono amp when it comes in. would that orion out do two d3 15" subs?? im trying to save money in a way...

Im putting a system in my other car its a 96 olds cutlass supream sl. i have a diamond d3 15" getting 600 rms i was thinking on replaceing the diamond with a orion hcca 12" will the orion be alot louder and hit harder than the 15" diamond?? or would i be wasting my money??????????

my uncle has two 12" mofos running off of two kenwood 1800 watt mono amps getting around 900 rms at one ohm per sub and they pound real hard but they are sloppy and you can smell the coils burning. but he has been running them for over a year and they are fine. with the 15" version of the mofo...

my uncle has two 12" mofos and they are crazy loud lots of spl come these things. the sound quality isnt good because they are more spl drivers than anything. my uncle picked two of em up in a dual vented virtual technologies box for 75 bucks. which isnt bad because they retail for 200 each

i never had any experience with the orion hcca subwoofers. im trying on deciding either on a single 12" hcca or adding another diamond d3 15" to my setup. which would be louder a single 12" orion hcca or two 15" diamond d3's??

get you some diamond d3 15"s those subs are loud and hit lows real good and with the right power they will blow your mind. i have two 15" d3's in my olds running off of a audio q 1200d and they flex the hell outta my car. you can get em for 119 shipped off of ebay. the retail on em are around...

im running diamond hex pro componests they are real clear and real loud but a lil pricy tho
