Does a sealed box need internal bracing anywhere?

its a 12 q with 1200 rms

Also if I want to flush mount it can I just glue a sheet of wood to the top panel and it will be fine?

I would like to build the box before I have the sub so does anyone know the height the flush mount needs to be and the diameter of the sub hole?
