ive heard the 6000 and they hit pretty hard so i would have to think that the 8000 would too. they also dont have too bad of a sq if you wanted to know that.
The 8000's will hit nice, but you need alot more power than the 6000's. The 6000's have a higher sensitivity than the 8000's. Then look at 250-500 watts RMS to the 8000's 500-1000 watts RMS. I have a 6000 10" and I am sending over 280 watts to it and its in a .65 cf box/sealed, sound is excelent. Price can be another pivot point, the 8000's cost more, black and white and to the point.
