well everyone at some point gets bored with their build after awhile. im going deaf and im used to my truck. just doesnt give me the wow factor anymore. Even though alot of people think im dumb for messin with a perfectly good system, for 2011 im rebuilding.

July 2009

-wall build 14cubes tunes at 30. 2 layers 1.5" thick with a layer of 2x4's on back and 1.5" steel tubing inside.

August 2009-December 2009

- (4) 15" Fi/crossfire hybrids.

- DD z2lv

- (2) stinger spv1700

BEST SCORE.... 151.3 on dash @ 41hz

April 2009-present

- (4) 15" Treo SSX

- Stetsom 14k2d modded

- 5 cd tech 104ah in bed

- 5runs 1/0 (added in november)

- 4 tejcurrent 230amp alts (added in November)

Best score..... 155.9 in kick and 155.1 on dash @ 39hz

my goal for 2011 (will be done before spring break in PCB) will be hopefully to be 158 range for usaci.

- box will have dual tunings with a removable insert. 33hz with insert for demo/daily...38-45hz for comp.

-box will also prolly be a little bigger to acommodate larger port area.

-several ground runs and maybe new batteries because i am still getting a voltage drop that i dont want.

but for now im just gonna throw alot of test boxes in that i have been wanting to experiment with haha.

for sure lol it was tuned at like 55z. i changed it up a lil bit and threw both 8's in a temporary box and i almost wish i could take it to a show like this haha loud as hell......

and i am wanting to get started soon i just need to get motavation. its work on this or work on the yukon, but i need more cash for that thing lol

i have almost got in like 5 wrecks already. everytime i drive and night and have to turn i roll the windows down cuz i cant see they are all 2.5% lol

Here is pics of my Tejcurrent quad alt and bracket install in my 99 silverado. install took around 3-4 hours total. instructions were very detailed though, with very good pictures to help. thanks Troy!

the ECM has to be moved forward to allow clearance. to do so take the battery tray out and the ecm will unbolt. bolt it back in forward so that the second hole is now in the first position

make sure you grind off the powdercoating around the mounting bolts before you install or you wont get a good ground connection.
