You really don't need to cut them on the 45. You can just make them the width and then fill around the edges. But that will be a lot more work.

Don't think you will be able to tell the difference...at least not audibly. You may gain afew 10th's on the mic. But that is hardly worth it for daily IMO.

Personally the 45's are a waste in a daily box IMO. Its a gamble as to weather it will even gain. I personally have 6 15's right now and have been playing with 1 in a sealed box. It sounds AMAZING! Incredible lows with great output throughout the spectrum. These drivers can go either way ported...

Along the lines of Sundown. They aren't a internet direct company like say Crescendo or DC. They are focused on dealer based sales (ie brick and mortar) so I would rate them similar to Sundown or Incriminator from that stand point.
